Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Reading and reviewing financial documents
• Working with FHA/VA and Conventional loans
• Apply your skills and experience to make loan decisions
• Adhere to industry standards, regulatory compliance and loan guidelines

Minimum Qualifications:

• High-school diploma
• 1 year experience processing loans and lending
• Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office applications
• Solid knowledge of state and local real estate markets
